^ezONE R&D Center , with more than 100 engineers, is the R&D organization of THTF IT Group, focusing on THTF's flagship product: ^ezONE Smart Enterprise Suites and various of vertical application suites on top of the unified ^ezONE platform. The goal of ITG is to become the best IT products&services provider in China . ^ezONE stands for "easy" of use (^ez) and unification (ONE).

Dr. Hongbo Zhou, CTO of ITG, is Director of ^ezONE R&D Center , who reports to Dr. Li Jisheng, General Manager of ITG and Vice President of TsingHua TongFang Ltd. Co., who is also an adjunct professor of China 's top engineering university: TsingHua University . Dr. Zhou has more than 20 years of software R&D experience including 15 years in US (IBM, BEA and Oak Ridge National Lab.) and Europe (ETH and University of Zurich ). General managers from ITG's vertical application groups and divisions as well as Professors from Tsinghua University also play key roles at ^ezONE R&D Center .

^ezONE R&D Center currently has a dozen of development teams, one quality assurance team, one document/user manual team and one consulting team .

^ezONE R&D Center combines J2EE with SCADA/HMI technologies to lead the trend of applying J2EE technologies to industrial control systems markets. We have better understanding of the Chinese vertical market needs than international competitors , moreover, we have top 20 internal vertical business units to support us which is an advantage over other domestic pure software product development players.
