This morning TongFang Co. Ltd Digital City Technology Division’s only overseas subsidiary that is based in Singapore –Technovator International Pte Ltd held a brief strategic investment partnership signing ceremony with M/S Mohajl Enterprise, Singapore CMIA and CTC at the Raffles City Convention Centre in Singapore.

Professor Lu Zhicheng, President of TongFang Co. Ltd, Mr Mohamed A. Althani, President of M/S Mohajl Enterprise, Mr Anson Wang, Founder & Managing Partner of CMIA, and Mr David Chow, Managing Partner of CTC were all present on behalf of their respective companies, signing their names on the agreement and exchanging contracts. Mr Ko Kheng Hwa, Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board attended the ceremony as a special guest and made a congratulatory speech.

According to the agreement, the three parties mentioned above will undergo strategic investment in Technovator International Pte Ltd. It is believed that the significance of the signing of the agreement greatly surpasses that of the investment itself. As President Lu Zhicheng said during his speech, the signing of this agreement is not only about investment, it is an important part of TongFang Digital City’s international development strategy, and symbolises the realisation of TongFang’s strategy of internationalisation of capital and international investors’ recognition of TongFang Digital City Industry. It is not only a milestone in the development of TongFang Digital City Industry, but rather the start of closer cooperation between all four sides to take TongFang Digital City Industry to a higher level.
