Professor Lu Zhi Cheng

Professor of Tsinghua University and concurrently, the CEO of Tsinghua Tong Fang Co.,Ltd.

Prof. Lu Zhi Cheng, 57, is the chairman of the Board for Technovator Int Pte Ltd and CEO of Tsinghua Tong Fang Co., Ltd.   Prof. Lu was named CEO for Tsinghua Tong Fang Co .,Ltd  in June 1997, and was named Vice Chairman in April 2001.  He has been responsible for the strategic planning, management, investment and governmental relation of the Company since its incorporation and has over 30 years of professional experience in lecturing, managing and investing in technology sector.

Prof. Lu began his professional career as a professor majored in computerized control of artificial environment in Tsinghua University, one of the top-notch universities in China.  During his lecturing and researching career with Tsinghua University, he won a series of scientific awards granted by various institutions at national-level, provincial-level, and ministerial-level.

In 1989, Prof. Lu founded Beijing Tsinghua Artificial Environment Engineering Ltd., and served as General Manager of the Company. The Company expanded from a small engineering company to the most profitable subsidiary of Tsinghua University in 1996. It was restructured and renamed Tsinghua Tongfang in 1997, and was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange in July 1997.  The company has thereafter evolved from a pure technology company to a conglomerate company covering four business sectors, including personal computer, system integration, environmental protection, and digital media, and has incubated two list companies on Shanghai Stock Exchange, and a couple of more fast-growing technology companies.

Prof. Lu holds a bachelor and a master degree in thermal engineering from Tsinghua University, and is a Professor of Tsinghua University.

Dr Li Ji Sheng

Mr. Li Ji Sheng, PhD in Thermal Engineering (Tsinghua University).  Firmly believing that the high-tech products recycle as research – application – development – distribution,  Dr. Li has devoted himself to the R&D and promotion of Tongfang’s proprietary technologies, conducted a range of core research projects (for which he received several national awards) and developed those products successfully.

In 1994, Dr. Li attained his PhD from Tsinghua University, and was in charge of Tsinghua Artificial Environment Engineering Co., Ltd.

In June 1997, THTF went IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and Dr. Li was appointed to be General Manager of Tongfang Artificial Environment Engineering Co., Ltd.

In 1998, Dr. Li was appointed to be Assistant to the president of Tongfang.

In 1999, Dr. Li was appointed to be the Director of Marketing at Tongfang, and was directing the establishment of the marketing system, distribution channel system and service system.

In July 2001, Dr. Li was appointed to be the General Manager of Tongfang IT Group, and was in charge of the information infrastructure of E-Business, E-Government and E-City.

Since September 2002, Dr. Li has been the Vice President of Tongfang. Dr. Li Jisheng is currently devoting himself to broadening the role of IT in Strategy Consulting, System Design, Application Development, System Integration and Implementation Support, hoping to leverage technology in the betterment of society.

H L Seah

Managing Director

H L Seah has worked in this industry for more than 17 years in different parts of Asia with different management positions.  As the managing director of TAC Asia and the SBU Manager of Honeywell, he understands the pains and needs of the end users in this part of the world because of different culture and market behaviour.  All the long, he wishes that he could overcome this inflexibility with the big Multi-National Companies by addressing the pains of the end user.  With Technovator, he could translate this thought more effectively into actions.

James Goh

Channel Sales Manager

James Goh embarked his career in this similar industry for more than 20 years. He has a wide and good working experience with MNC organizations such as  Honeywell , Johnson Controls Inc.  He started with pneumatics control / HVAC peripherals products and covered all Asia Pacific Region. He also worked in sales channels, developing & training for partner.  He is capable in enhancing sales, team work with right attitude approach for market user-system integrator to Building owner.
